Subject: Having a birthday party at Triple S Horse Ranch
After we talked last week I have planned to have your sons party on
Saturday June 8th around 12pm. We would hold it under the big oak tree
in the front of the property but the children would be allowed to go
walk around that area and play games in the provided areas I will
provide. I will dicuss the prices and things they will be allowed to do later in my report.
Discussion
Have
only about 20 children i don't think you would have that many anyways
but that isn't counting adults. The area we have is pretty large so you
could fit a lot of things there we can provide two large picnic tables
two or three game areas which will have bean bag toss, ladder ball and
washer toss. I will also lay a tarp out if you would like a moon bounce
for the children. I will also supply a barbeque.
Entertainment
Besides
what you already have planned for them to do I know you had to have a
water balloon toss but if you wanted to I could have the boys that work
for me set up our feed tractor and trailer to go on a hayride around the
property and you are welcome to have a bonfire if you like. Ill as well as music maybe even a live band if you can find one. But stage set up and all that will be left up to you I will have a designated area for them to be, just please let me know about this ahead of time.
Cost
Because
your a close friend of the family im not going to charge you too much
only $150 for all of this but if you guys do plan on staying until later
at night we will have to charge you $200 usually i charge more but at
the same time i usually dont have as many things included in the offer.
Supplies
If you all want to go swimming i will always open up the pool area it also has a trampoline and horse shoe pit if anyone is interested, If you want i can have a hayride set up to bring everyone onto the property
